Post Delivery Reports
If your delivery is fairly large we will update you on our progress as we go along.
Otherwise, once the delivery is complete, we'll contact you with confirmation that we have finished and where we delivered.
Post Delivery reports with records and non delivery reporting.
We will also let you now of any non-deliveries. Relative to the size of the delivery, these are normally minimal and usually due to circumstances outwith our control, e.g.:
No access to flats
Refused by householder
'No unaddressed mail' sign on door
Aggressive dog in garden
